For the last year I’ve been getting coffee at Easy Luck Coffee and Bodega. Simultaneously it lead me to start getting beer from Whippoorwill beer house! Easy Luck finds their home inside of Whippoorwill and serves coffee and toast from 7am-3pm and then in the evening the space transforms into a fantastic home for craft beer and wine!
Throughout the last year as well, I’ve started doing Polaroid Pop ups. I set up a studio in random public places and make instant portraits; one of those places being Whippoorwill! The team there liked my work and asked if I could make portraits of their staff. They wanted the photos to be a gift to each member of the time that represented their time there. They also wanted something that really embodied the spirit of each person, that they could in turn share with their followers on social media! It was a fun little project and and I’m happy w/ how it turned out!
